Had captain's ball match on thurs.
didnt play though.

im loving every bits of it
the instructor is talented.
the girls are hardworking(at last) and committed.
the dance moves are pretty.

i wld advice ya nt to run for cross country.
cuz i bloody hell had muscle cramps aft the freaking 2.4km run?!
